Won the starting catching job as a freshman ... played in 48 games with 46
starts ... second on the team in triples and steals ... threw out 30
percent of runners attempting to steal ... drove in a run with her first
collegiate hit, a single vs. Toledo (3/3) ... after a slow start
offensively she broke out of the slump with hits five of six games ... had
hits in all three games against Centenary (4/20-21) ... combined to go
5-for-8 in the series with a double and triple and four RBIs ... went
3-for-7 in the series vs. UMKC (4/27-28) ... hit .313 over her final 26
