Jenny Roulier joined Oakland's women's basketball staff in May 2006 as an assistant coach after serving a three-year stint as a graduate assistant with Florida State's women's basketball program.

During her tenure with Florida State, Roulier worked with the Seminole guards, organized the scout team and coordinated the program's efforts with the Courtside Kids Club and Spring League.  She also assisted with summer camps and occasionally did color commentary on radio broadcasts.  Roulier earned her Master's degree in recreation and leisure services administration from FSU this past spring.

Roulier was a four-year player for Colorado from 1998-02.  The three-time All-Big 12 Conference selection helped guide the Buffaloes to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight in her senior season and ranks eighth all-time at UC with 1,399 career points.  She earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Colorado in 2002.

Roulier was a member of Team USA's gold medal winning women's basketball team in the World University Games in 2001.  After graduating from Colorado, she played professionally for two seasons, both in the US and abroad.  She spent the 2002-03 season with Club Estudiantes, a First Division team based in Madrid, Spain.  In 2004 Roulier played for the Colorado Chill of the National Women's Basketball.  She has also been involved with Athletes in Action and was a member of the 2003 fall tour.
