A two-time all-region selection and a two-time All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection, Holly Hatcher Conley was one of the top players on the Oakland volleyball team during its most successful era.

Over the course of her four years with the squad, the Pioneers posted an overall record of 104-38, winning a GLIAC title in 1998. She remains OU's all-time leader in games played (535), blocks (930) and block assists (770). Hatcher Conley also holds the single-season record for blocks (282) and block assists (228).

A member of an athletic family, two of her brothers, Derian and Kevin, played in the National Hockey League.

Hatcher graduated from Oakland in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources development.
