Kelli Krajniak Parker was recognized as one of the top women's basketball student-athletes in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference in the early 90s for Oakland University. A two-time All-America selection, she helped lead Oakland to one of its best seasons in the history of the program when the team reached the Elite Eight in the NCAA Division II Tournament in 1994-95.

Krajniak finished her career with 1,184 points, becoming the 11th player in OU history to reach the 1,000-point mark. A three-time All-GLIAC selection, Krajniak was also a top playmaker and defender for Oakland. She was twice named to the GLIAC All-Defensive team and finished her career among OU's all-time leaders in scoring, assists and steals.

Krajniak was a key member of Oakland squads that combined to go 85-31 during her career, twice making the NCAA Tournament and capturing the GLIAC Tournament title in 1994. At the 1995 GLIAC Tournament, she was named the MVP and was also an All-Academic selection in the conference as a senior.

A native of Gaylord, Michigan, Krajniak was a 1995 graduate with a degree in general studies and has continued her basketball career as a coach. She was an assistant at Oakland before becoming the head coach at Grand Rapids Junior College and then Northwood University.
