Oakland Men's Soccer Beats IPFW, 1-0 - Oct. 15, 2011

The Oakland men's soccer team earned a 1-0 win over league-leading IPFW on Oct. 15, 2011 at the OU Soccer Field.

2011:
▪ Made his collegiate debut against Northern Illinois (9/2)
▪ Earned his first collegiate point with an assist on OU's goal against Tulsa (9/11)

High School:
▪ Earned three varsity letters in soccer at Utica Eisenhower High School, serving one season as team captain
▪ Was named first team all-state as a senior after achieving second team all state honors in 2009
▪ He was named the Macomb Athletic Conference (MAC) Red MVP from 2009-10
▪ Earned all-district and all-region honors from 2009-10
▪ Helped UEHS win the MAC Red and district championship in 2009 and 2010
▪ Utica Eisenhower were regional finalists in both 2009 and 2010 with Tinnion as a key player on the squad
