Golden Grizzlies Begin Final Road Swing at Southern Utah

ROCHESTER, Mich. - Oakland University (18-8, 12-1) continues to sit atop The Summit League standings and will hit the road for the final time this regular season with games at Southern Utah (Feb. 11) and UMKC (Feb. 13). The Golden Grizzlies are a school record 6-1 in league games this season away from home. OU and SUU (6-17, 2-10) will face each other on Thursday night inside Centrum Arena (5,300) where the Grizzlies have lost three straight. Tip is slated for 9 p.m. ET.
GAME COVERAGE
SERIES OU blitzed SUU earlier this season, 99-53, inside the Athletics Center O'Rena on Jan. 16. The 46-point league loss was the worst in T-Bird history.
GRIZZ BITES The Golden Grizzlies are 18-2 vs. non-traditional powers (losses at Kansas, Memphis, Michigan State, Oregon, Syracuse and Wisconsin). OU has not relinquished a halftime lead this season, 16-0. The Grizzlies are 2-8 when trailing at the half, picking up their only two wins at SDSU and at home vs. ORU.
