ROCHESTER, Mich. - Oakland University (18-8, 12-1) continues to sit atop The Summit League standings and will hit the road for the final time this regular season with games at Southern Utah (Feb. 11) and UMKC (Feb. 13). The Golden Grizzlies are a school record 6-1 in league games this season away from home.

OU and SUU (6-17, 2-10) will face each other on Thursday night inside Centrum Arena (5,300) where the Grizzlies have lost three straight. Tip is slated for 9 p.m. ET.

GAME COVERAGE
RADIO: Oakland will not carry the games this weekend, but fans can listen to the T-Birds' broadcast here.
LIVE STATS/STREAM: Live stats will be provided on suutbirds.com and the stream can be found on SummitTV and OUgrizzlies.com.

SERIES
The T-Birds hold a 13-11 advantage in the all-time series and are 8-3 at home against the Golden Grizzlies. Oakland has won two straight against SUU, but have dropped three consecutive games at Centrum Arena.

OU blitzed SUU earlier this season, 99-53, inside the Athletics Center O'Rena on Jan. 16. The 46-point league loss was the worst in T-Bird history.

GRIZZ BITES
Oakland has won four league games this season by three points or less; IUPUI (85-82), at Oral Roberts (67-64), at South Dakota State (85-82) and Oral Roberts (79-77).

The Golden Grizzlies are 18-2 vs. non-traditional powers (losses at Kansas, Memphis, Michigan State, Oregon, Syracuse and Wisconsin).

OU has not relinquished a halftime lead this season, 16-0. The Grizzlies are 2-8 when trailing at the half, picking up their only two wins at SDSU and at home vs. ORU.

Oakland is 12-2 when Larry Wright reaches double figures.

TIP OFF
Oakland is 9-0 in the month of February over the last two seasons.

A career 31 percent 3-point shooter heading into this season, Derick Nelson has exploded this year from downtown, shooting 42 percent (32-76), fourth-best in The Summit League.

A WIN ON THURSDAY NIGHT WOULD
Snap a three-game skid at Centrum Arena.

Be the fourth straight win for the Golden Grizzlies.

Give Coach Greg Kampe his 105th league win in his 11th season.

Push OU's record to 19-1 over its last 20 Summit League games.

OU NO. 14 IN LATEST MID-MAJOR POLL
The Golden Grizzlies began the season at No. 14 in the Mid-Major Poll, and have made their way back to that position this week. OU dropped out of the poll after week one with losses to Eastern Michigan and Wisconsin.

The Grizzlies are 12-1 in their last 13 games played.
