Brian Gregory always made his teammates look good and he made himself look good in the process. Playing from 1987-90, Brian graduated as the all-time leading assist man at Oakland University, with records that still stand in career, single-season and single-game assists.

Brian ranks in the top 10 in OU career statistics in career steals, career free throws and career three-pointers. He ranks 11th in career points with 1,223. He takes great pride in knowing the teams he played with were exceptional. During his career Oakland's men's basketball team won 59 games while losing only 25.

Brian holds an important "first" off the basketball court too, as outstanding male student in 1988. He graduated with a 3.87 grade point average and used an NCAA post-graduate scholarship to earn a master's degree in athletic administration at Michigan State University.

Brian recently spent six years as an assistant basketball coach at Michigan State University and is now an assistant coach at the University of Toledo.
