ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland University men's and women's cross country teams are ready to lace up their running shoes and compete at the Great Lakes Regional Championship on Saturday, Nov. 15 in West Lafayette, Ind.

The men's team has been a mainstay on the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association regional poll throughout the season, ranking in the top-15 teams all season long. The Golden Grizzlies go into the meet ranked 15th.

The meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
