• Ran a career 10K best of 32:30.61 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 16), one of the top 10 times in school history

• Ran career 10K best of 33:27.69 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10)

• Had a top-10 finish in the 5000 at the Detroit Titan Classic (April 3)

• Ran 8:45.75 in the 3000 at the Team Challenge (2/9) to set a then school record
2007 Outdoor:
• Placed fourth in the 5000 at The Summit League Championship (May 14)
High School:
• Earned two letters for coach Paul Yowchuang
• As a senior placed 19th at the Division 1 State Championship to earn all-state honors
• Earned all-region honors and won the Oakland Activities Association title in his senior year as well
