2010:
• Was among the top six on the team in all five races he ran
• Ran 19:23.60 (6K) to place 2nd at the Golden Grizzly Open (Sept. 4)
2009:
• Ran in six races finishing among the top six on the team in five
• Finished among the top 10 overall at the Golden Grizzly Open (Sept. 5) and IPFW Invitational (Sept. 12)
Track and Field
2011 Outdoor:
• Was sixth in the 10,000 at The Summit League Championships (May 14)
• Was second in the 3000 (8:51.89, 3rd fastest in OU history) at the Detroit meet (April 9)
• Had five top 10 finishes
2011 Indoor:
• Won the 3000 at The Cardinal (Jan. 28)
• His time of 8:43.38 was a career best and among the top 10 in school history
• Had four top 10 finishes
2010 Outdoor:
• Earned all-league honors in the 10,000 prior to the league championship
• Won the 5000 at the Toledo Invitational (April 30)
• Represented the Golden Grizzlies in the USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championship in Eugene, Ore
2010 Indoor:
• Placed fifth in the 5000 (15:04.56) and eighth in the 3000 (8:44.66) at The Summit League Championships (March 1)
• Ran 15:02.41 in the 5000 at the Big Meet (Feb. 13), the second fastest time in school history
High School
• Was a two-time all-region and Division 3 All State honoree
• Ran 16:58.10 (5K) to win the regional title as a senior
• Helped his team qualify for the state championship meet his last two seasons
• Also earned two letters in track and field, where he also earned all-state, all-district and all-area honors
• Was the state champion in the two-mile in indoor track with a time of 9:22.29
