Track and Field at Day 1 of The Summit League Indoor Championships

The OU men's and women's track and field teams competed in Day 1 of The Summit League Indoor Championships

Track and Field

2012 Indoor:
▪ Finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 25)
▪ Earned first-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.52 at the IPFW Quadrangular Meet (Jan. 28)
▪ Season-best time of 8.30 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Big Meet (Feb. 10)
▪ Finished fifth at the Mike Lints Open in the 60-meter run with a time of 8.42 (Jan. 20)
▪ Recorded season-best 200-meter dash time of 23.19 at Youngstown State National Invitational (Feb. 4)

2011 Outdoor:
• Was sixth in the 110-meter hurdles at The Summit League Championships (May 14)
• Had six top 10 finishes
• Third leading scorer overall with 94.75 points

2011 Indoor:
• Ran 8.24 at the Mike Lints Open (Jan. 21) to break the school record in the 60 hurdles
• Ran the third fastest 200 dash (23.21) in OU history at the Big Meet (Feb. 11)
