^ Earned three top-five finishes in the steeplechase, including a second-place 9:47.70 at the Spartan Invite (4/3)
^ Was the first Golden Grizzly to finish the 5,000 at the Gina Relays (4/24), coming in 35th out of 136 runners with a time of 15:07.26

2010 Indoor:
^ Earned a second-place finish in his section of the mile run at the Eastern Michigan Invitational (1/9) with a mark of 4:44.31
^ Recorded three additional top-10 finishes

2009 Outdoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:11.57, good for seventh place.
^ Ran a career-best time in the steeplechase with a time of 9:59.60 at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic (4/11)
^ Had two additional finishes inside the top-five.

2009 Indoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 5200 run* at The Summit League Championship.
^ Set a career-best mark in the 3K at the Triple Dual meet (1/30) with a time of 8:50.25.

Howell High School:
^ Earned four letters for coach Paul Webster.
^ Helped his team qualify for the Division I State Championship meet as a sophomore and junior.
^ Qualified as an individual his senior year.
