▪ Ran on the distance medley relay team that scored at The Summit League Championship (Feb. 28)
▪ Cracked the top 10 in OU history in the mile with a time of 4:27.77 at the Big Meet (Feb. 11)

2010 Outdoor:
▪ Was fourth in the steeplechase (9:37.43) at The Summit League Championship (May 13)
▪ Finished third in the steeplechase at the Central Collegiates (April 17)
▪ Had three top finishes

▪ Earned a second-place finish in his section of the mile run at the Eastern Michigan Invitational (Jan. 9)
▪ Had four top 10 finishes
