^ Had a very strong performance for the Golden Grizzlies in the 2008 season
^ Finished second overall at the Golden Grizzly Open (Aug. 30) with a 6K time of 18:52
^ Earned a first-place finish at the Tommy Titan Invitational (Sept. 6) with a record-breaking time of 19:59 in the four-mile race
^ His finish marked only the third time in the meet's 22-year history where someone had finished the race in under 20 minutes
^ His performance earned him Summit League Cross Country Athlete of the Week accolades for the week of Sept. 9
^ Finished in second-place overall at the Notre Dame Invitational (Oct. 3) with a time of 24:54 in the five-mile race
^ Was the first OU runner to finish at the Pre-Nationals Meet (Oct. 18) by crossing the line in 74th with an 8,000 meter time of 24:41.3 against some of the toughest competition in the country
^ Helped Oakland to a second-place finish at the Summit League Championship, where they finished just six points shy of champion Southern Utah
^ Finished third overall at the Summit League Championship with an 8K time of 24:28.3, breaking his own school record in the event.His performance earned him an all-league first team selection

2008 Outdoor Track:
^ Finished among the top 10 five times
^ Finished fifth in the 5000 at The Summit League Championships (May 17)
^ Won the 5000 at the EMU Invitational (Apr. 19) ... Fourth leading scorer with 65 points.

2008 Indoor Track:
^ Finished among the top 10 six times
^ Placed fourth in the 5000 and eighth in the 3000 at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 29)
^ His time of 15:00.41 in the 5000 broke the school record
^ He won the 3000 at the Don Wright Team Challenge (Jan. 19)
^ Ran 8:23.44 at the EMU Classic (Feb. 16) to break the school record in the 3000.

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Ran 14:31.97 to set the school record in the 5000 at the MSU Spartan Invitational
^ He was fifth overall but the first collegiate runner to cross the finish line
^ Finished third at the Mid-Continent Championships (May 14).

2007 Cross Country:
^ Finished second at the Golden Grizzly Open (Sept. 1)
^ Ran 25:21.49 (8K) to place fifth at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 15)
^ Suffered a season ending injury shortly after the Mel Brodt Invitational.

2006 Cross Country:
^ Competed in six scored meets for the Golden Grizzlies as a freshman
^ Second team All-Conference
^ Placed second among Oakland runners and third overall at the Golden Grizzly Open with a four mile time of 20:58.5 ^ Took the top spot among Oakland runners once again at the Falcon Invitational and ran his season-best 8K time of 25:58.14, placing him eighth overall in the meet
^ Placed tenth overall and third among OU runners at the Mid-Con Championships with an 8K time of 26.59.17
^ Oakland's top finisher at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a 10K time of 33:06.56 to place 80th overall
