^ Ran 9:47.24 (third fastest in OU history) to place eighth in the 3000 steeplechase at The Summit League Championships (May 16).

2008 Indoor Track:
^ Ran the fourth fastest time in school history in the 3000 with a 8:54.87 at the EMU Classic (Feb. 16).

2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in seven races
^ Finished among the top five on the team at the Michigan Intercollegiates (Oct. 5) and Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).

High School:
^Three-year letterwinner in cross country for coach Justin Keyes and served as team captain as a senior
^ Helped guide the Eagles to the state championship
^ Finished fourth at the state meet with a 5K time of 15:49.4
^ Three-time all-leaage and all-region selection
^ Earned all-state accolades twice
^ Also ran track and wrestled at Mason, lettering three times in each sport
^ Part of Mason's all-state 4x800 meter relay as a senior.
