2009 Indoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 5200-meter run at The Summit League Championship, finishing in sixth place.

2008 Outdoor:
^ Ran 9:47.24 (third fastest in OU history) to place eighth in the 3000 steeplechase at The Summit League Championships (5/16).

2008 Indoor:
^ Ran the fourth fastest time in school history in the 3000 with a 8:54.87 at the EMU Classic (2/16).

Erie-Mason High School:
^ Earned three letters for coach Justin Keyes.
