2010 Outdoor:
^ Scored in the 10,000-meter run at The Summit League Championship, finishing seventh (31:29.75)
^ Was just edged out of scoringn position in the 5,000 run, coming in ninth (15:09.50)
^ Took third in the 5,000 run at the Toledo Invitational (4/30) with a time of 15:49.93
^ Was one of a few Golden Grizzlies to compete at the Sea Ray Relays (4/9)
^ Tallied an additional top-10 finish

2010 Indoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies at The Summit League Championship, finishing eighth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:16.51.
^ Narrowly missed placing in the 3,000 run at the championship, finishing ninth
^ Took a second place finish in the mile at the SVSU Holiday Classic (12/4)
^ Recorded three top-five finishes in the middle and long distance events and an additional mark in the to-10

2009 Outdoor:
^ Competed in the 10K and 5K events at The Summit League Championship.
^ Earned a second-place finish in the 5K at the Detroit Titan Classic (4/3) with a time of 15:42.10.

2009 Indoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 5200-meter run at The Summit League Championship, finishing in sixth place.
^ Earned a top-10 finish in the 3,000.

2008 Outdoor:
^ Ran 9:47.24 (third fastest in OU history) to place eighth in the 3000 steeplechase at The Summit League Championships (5/16).

2008 Indoor:
^ Ran the fourth fastest time in school history in the 3000 with a 8:54.87 at the EMU Classic (2/16).

Erie-Mason High School:
^ Earned three letters for coach Justin Keyes.
^ Finished fourth to lead his team to the Division 3 state championship as a senior.
^ Three-time all-league, all-region and all-state selection.
^ Helped his team qualify for the state championship all three years.
^ Also ran track and wrestled at Mason, lettering three times in each sport.
