^ Earned all-league honors for finishing second in the 5K at The Summit League Championship with a time of 17:14.22.
^ Earned two first place finishes, one in the 1,500 against Detroit (4/16) which was also a meet record and in the 5,000 at the Toledo Invitational (5/2).
^ Also had two additional finishes inside the top-10, including a second-place mark in the 3,000 at the Detroit Titan Classic (4/3) with a time of 10:38.50.

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Earned two first-place finishes in the 3,000 at the BGSU Challenge (1/17) and the GVSU Bob Eubanks Invite (1/24) with respective times of 10:06.58 and 9:56.24, with the latter being a school record.

2008 Cross Country:
^ Was consistently one of the top performers for the Golden Grizzlies this season
^ Finished in second-place at the Golden Grizzly Open (Aug. 30) with a 5K time of 19:13
^ Finished in 34th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a season-best5K time of 18:27
^ Finished 8th overall at the Summit League Championship (Nov. 1) witha 6K time of 21:40.2 and was the first Golden Grizzly to cross the finishline
^ Her season-best performance in that 6K earned her an all-league second team selection.

2008 Outdoor Track:
^ Finished among the top 10 five times
^ Finished eighth in the 5000 at The Summit League Championships (May 15)
^ Ran the second fastest 5000 (17:41.02) at the EMU Invitational on April 19, 2008.

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Finished seventh in the 5000 at the Mid-Continent Championships
^ Ran a career best of 10:34.84 in the 3000 at the Toledo Quadrangular (March 31)
^ That was the second fastest time in Oakland history.

2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in seven races
^ Was among the top three on the team in the first four races of the season
^ Her best finish was third at the Golden Grizzly Open (Sept. 1).

2006 Cross Country:
^ Ran in one race for Oakland as a freshman
^ Season was cut short due to injury ...
^ Finished first on the team and second overall at the Golden Grizzly Open, posting a 5K time of 19:04
^ Academic All-Conference.

High School:
^ Earned four letters in cross-country at Chippewa Valley High School and served as team captain as a junior and senior

^ Finished ninth at the stae meet as a freshman and junior
