2008 Indoor Track: Finished among the top 10 four times ... Won the 3000 at the Macomb Opener (Dec. 1) and the Grand Valley State Holiday Open (Dec. 14) ... Ranks among the top five career in the mile.

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Ran 9:39.25 to finish third in the 3000 Steeplechase at the Mid-Continent Championships
^ His time was the second fastest in school history.

2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in three races
^ Ran a career best of 26:54.21 at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 15).

2006 Cross Country:
^ Competed in five meets in his first season with the Golden Grizzlies
^ Finished fifth among Oakland runners at the Golden Grizzly Open with a four mile time of 21:28
^ Ran his season-best 8K at the Notre Dame Invitational with a 28:03, placing him eighth among his teammates
^ Finished his season at the Eastern Michigan Cross Country classic, placing 46th overall in the 10K race with a time of 35:52.
