^ Recorded the fifth fastest 8K time in school historyof 24:59.87 at the Greater Louisville Classic (Oct. 3).

2008:
^ Ran in five races, finishing among the top five on the team four times.
^ Ran 20:45 (4 miles) to place 12th at the Tommy Titan Invitational, the fifth fastest time in school history.
^ Earned Academic All-Summit League honors.

Track & Field:

2010 Outdoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 10,000-meter run at The Summit League Championship, finishing in sixth with a time of 31:19.48.
^ Earned all-league honors prior to the championship meet in the 10,000
^ Earned two top-10 finishes in distance events for the Black and Gold
^ Was one of a few Golden Grizzlies to compete at the Sea Ray Relays (4/9)
^ Finished 12th of 57 runners in the 10,000 at the Gina Hillsdale Relays (4/24) with a time of 30:48.96

2010 Indoor:
^ Secured two top-10 finishes in the 3,000-meter run
^ Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000 at The Summit League Championship (2/28-3/1), where he tallied respective 14th and 16th place finishes.

2009 Outdoor:
^ Earned all-league honors for his third-place finish in the 10K at The Summit League Championship with a time of 31:40.34.
^ Also scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 5K with a seventh-place time of 15:46.47.
^ Notched three top-five finishes, including a second-place 5K finish at Toledo (5/2), and an additional finish inside the top-10.
^ Represented Oakland at the USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field Championship (6/28), finishing 13th in the 5K with a time of 15:16.83

2009 Indoor:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 5200-meter run,* earning a seventh-place finish.
^ Also competed in the 3K championship final, where he finished in ninth place.
^ Earned a top-10 finish in the 3K at the EMU Invitational (1/12) with seventh-place mark of 8:52.09.

*Due to an official's error, the 5K was ran as a 5200.

Flushing High School:
^ Earned three letters for coach George Hackney.
^ Earned Division I All State honors as a junior.
^ Helped his team qualify for the state championship meet as a sophomore and senior.
^ Placed sixth as a senior to earn All-State honors.
^ Helped his team win the Big 9 conference title his last two seasons.
^ Also earned three letters in track, where he also served as captain for two years
^ Was the conference champion in the 1600-meter run in 2007 and 2008 as a junior and senior and the 3200-meter run as a senior.
