^ Finished 10th in the 5K at The Summit League Championship with a time of 18:06.35.
^ Ran to a top-10 finish in the 5K at the Michigan Intercollegiate (1/31).

2008 Cross Country:
^ Competed in six of seven meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Finished the Tommy Titan Invitational (Sept. 6) in 36th place out of 128 runners with a5K time of 19:34
^ Ran a season-best 6K at the Summt League Championship (Nov. 1) with a 6K time of 23:13.1, good for a 41st place finish.

^ Was runner-up in the 3000 at the Don Wright Invitational (Jan. 19).

2007 Cross Country:
^ Was Oakland's first or second runner in six of seven races she ran
^ Finished 12th at the Michigan Intercollegiates (Sept. 28) to earn All-State honors
^ Ran the sixth fastest 5K time in OU history with a 18:41.68 at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 15)
^ Her time of 22:50.90 at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13) was the sixth fastest 6K time in school history
^ Was the top finisher at The Summit League Championships (Oct. 27) finishing 17th.

High School:
^ Earned four letters in cross-country at Ortonville-Brandon High School.
^ Was team captain as a senior
^ Made the All-Flint Metro League first team all four seasons
^ Was three-time first team all-region and two-time team MVP honoree ^
