One of the most successful swimmers in the history of the Oakland women's program, Kerry Leavoy Miller was a member of three Division II national championship teams, earning All-America honors 22 times along the way. Miller captured four individual national championships over the course of her career, and during her junior year, was a part of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that set an NCAA record (since broken) with a time of 1:34.27, and a part of the 400-yard freestyle relay team that set an NCAA record (since broken) with a time of 3:26.59. At the end of her career, Miller held three school records. An Academic All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection, Miller received her undergraduate degree in general studies before earning a master's degree in exercise science. Miller currently serves as an exercise physiologist and personal trainer.
