NCAA SELF-STUDY CERTIFICATION

MINUTES OF ELIGIBILITY SUB SUBCOMMITTEE

NOVEMBER 7, 2002, 8:30 A.M.

  Present:          Hank Mittelstaedt, Bill Macauley, Robert Johnson, Heath Senour, Jane Bentham

Hank noted that the eligibility portion of the Compliance Subcommittee is to make sure that procedures are in place and is looking at initial eligibility, transfer eligibility and continuing eligibility.  He asked Robert Johnson to be responsible for the continuing eligibility portion and he will be responsible for the initial and transfer eligibility portion.  The sub subcommittee also needs to look at playing and practice schedules.  Hank will set another meeting for January.  Heath will e-mail the portions of the NCAA Manual as it pertains to eligibility.
