NCAA SELF-STUDY CERTIFICATION

MINUTES OF THE COMPLIANCE SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING

OCTOBER 22, 2003, 1:30 P.M.

Present: Laura Cowham, Robert Johnson, Denise McGee, Henry Mittelstaedt, Steve Shablin, Robert Stewart, Taeko Yokoyama, Tracy Huth, Jane Bentham

Tracy Huth explained that the Steering Committee had met and determined that each subcommittee should meet to review the report as submitted to the NCAA.

Laura Cowham will represent the subcommittee for the cable TV show and town hall meeting which is tentatively scheduled for November 18.

Tracy also mentioned that if the media approaches any subcommittee member, any questions could be directed to the subcommittee chair.

The subcommittee will be notified if any meetings need to be scheduled after the Peer Review Team submits their preliminary report.
