Daniel Gliot begins his first year as an Athletic Communications Assistant at Oakland University. Gliot had previously served as a student assistant with the Athletic Communications department while a student at Oakland.

Gliot graduated from OU in 2011 with a degree Journalism and Communications. He also played for four seasons on the Oakland baseball team, finishing his senior year with a .269 batting average and a pair of home runs.

In his current position Dan will be the primary contact for men's and women's swimming and diving, softball and volleyball.
