A member of two NCAA Division II national championship teams and a 21-time All-American, Morgan Bailey captured an individual national title in the 50 free during his junior year.

A fierce competitor, Bailey served as a two-time team captain and swam on several national title relay teams, including two in the 200 medley, one in the 400 medley, two in the 200 free and three straight in the 400 free. He held the school record in the 100 back when he graduated and his time currently stands fifth all-time in program history. The 169.5 points he scored at the NCAA Championships in three years of competition ranks 10th all-time in program history.

Bailey holds times inside the top 10 in school history in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 back. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in general studies from Oakland University in 1995. After graduation, Bailey joined the coaching ranks and worked with illustrious programs such as Georgia, Auburn, Mecklenburg Aquatic Club and CSU-Bakersfield.
