Joyce worked faithfully to ensure that the coaches and staff had what they needed to succeed in their efforts. Her dependable work, along with her sweet demeanor made her a pleasure to have around.

Joyce’s efforts on behalf of the university didn’t end with her duties at the athletic department. She served as a volunteer for the university on several occasions, including as an organist at Meadow Brook Hall. She has played at the Christmas Walk, the Patrons Dinner, as well as the Hall of Honor.

Joyce and her husband, Robert, are happily retired and living in Rochester Hills. They have four children - Dwight, Susan, Steven and Michael.
